1 Boswellia

Boswellia is a branching tree native to the hilly regions of India. Boswellia extract is obtained from the resin of this tree. This resin is rich in boswellic acids, the active compounds of the tree. Boswellia contributes to supporting flexible joints*

Collagen Type II

Collagen Type II: 30% of the body consists of collagen, and collagen is an important protein in our body.

Curcumin

Curcumin is the active component in turmeric - also known as turmeric or yellow root. It is obtained by extracting the dried roots and shoots of turmeric.

Dosage and use:

4 tablets per day. The tablets are best taken with a glass of water during meals.
